I wanted to take a minute to thank for the personal service you are providing. I really do mean “personal” to be the operative word. Your individual and collective efforts truly do make a difference that can be seen in the eyes and lives of the people you touch.
You helped both my boys see better with glasses their grandmother made herself. What a neat story. Second, you have helped my mom, Kay, see a light of hope where none had shone before. Her career and retirement path was derailed about three years ago. I do not know or understand all of the economic, societal and personal reasons that have kept my mom from finding work and has also led to a certain loss of hope. I do know that she now has a renewed, and apparently legitimate, hope of find a job. But, more importantly, she now has a reinvigorated hope of finding her place in the world and peace of mind for herself.
Thank You,
Scott
