Life Skills Class: Auto 101

Bill Steadman has completed two classes on basic automobile maintenance, "Keeping Your Ride on the Road". More than 15 residents met two Saturday mornings in September to learn such things as "what the gauges/warning lights indicate, what can be checked and how, review of what is under the hood, etc". Students who are truly interested in pursuing a career in automobile repair will be referred to Eastfield Community College for in-depth automobile certification classes. Participants attending both classes were given a basic tool kit complements of Gary Jackson.
