Last week, BridgeBuilders received the largest grant in our organization’s 20-year history from The Crystal Charity Ball, which was given to expand Crossover Athletics, BridgeBuilders’ youth sports organization.

The grant totaled $539,450 and will help fund the program for the next three years.

It is a season of new opportunities for Crossover. In addition to The Crystal Charity Ball, new director, William “Coach P” Pearson, will also be launching girls’ sports, thanks to additional grants from the Rees-Jones Foundation and the Dallas Women’s Foundation.

Thanks to these generous grants, we will see a generation of children in South Dallas transformed! Our youth sports programs will not only develop athletic skills, more importantly these children will receive much-needed encouragement, support, and ultimately the hope of the gospel, in the context of the sports that they love.
